We generally recommend splitting your daily administration into at least two, AM & PM (PM about 45 mins before bed.)
How much? Circle back to your education session. Call the Center and we can discuss a specific recommendation.
• Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and with minimal temperature fluctuation. A cupboard is great.
• With the bottle closed, shake well. Pinch and release the rubber bulb to fill the dropper to desired amount.
• Gently press down and unscrew the lid, and adjust the amount in the dropper to your desired administration. (You may tilt the bottle at a slight angle to make it easier to fill the dropper, being careful not to spill.)
• Squeeze dropper contents into your mouth and swallow. Many clients keep it in their mouth for 60-90 seconds before swallowing.
• Start with a full serving (or the amount recommended by your educator) and adjust the amount by 1/4-1/2 dropper increments to increase or decrease.
• Tincture may be used once or twice daily, or in smaller amounts throughout the day.

CBD (or cannabidiol) is one of over 85+ cannabinoids found in cannabis. CBD is present in more significant quantities in hemp than it is in marijuana. And because it’s non-psychoactive, CBD is widely regarded to possess great wellness potential.
CBG ( cannabigerol ) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid. CBG directly interacts with the brain’s CB1 and CB2 receptors. CBD, meanwhile, produces more indirect interactions with these receptors from our endocannabinoid system.
CBN (cannabinol) doesn’t get people high, and most use CBN at night.
Cannabinoids are a group of fatty compounds found in hemp but also produced by other plants, and the human body. They are the primary chemical compounds produced by the cannabis plant. These compounds are key players in normal endocrine, musculoskeletal, immune and central nervous system functioning.
Terpenes are a class of volatile hydrocarbon compounds produced by the cannabis plant as well as most other plants. The majority of terpenes are recognized as safe for human consumption by the Food and Drug Association and are used in a wide variety of food and cosmetic products.
Terpenes can also have powerful effects on our bodies. In fact, terpenes have been utilized by humans for millennia in what’s commonly known as aromatherapy.
The main difference between CBD oil and Hemp oil is that basic, refined Hemp oil rarely contains CBD. CBD and hemp oils have different purposes. CBD is a compound found in industrial hemp, and we utilize a whole plant CO2 extraction that allows us to draw the CBD from the plant material and filter out unnatural substances, maximizing pure CBD concentration. While CBD is extracted from the entire plant, minus the seeds, hemp oil is generally extracted only from the seeds. Hemp oil is made from pressing hemp seeds and is used in a variety of products. Hemp-seed oil is used as a protein source for food, as varnish for wood and as an ingredient in lotion and soap products.
You can buy hemp-seed oil online or at certain food stores, where you can learn about more ways to incorporate it into your diet and hygiene. CBD oil is generally used for wellness purposes..
Every body is different. The ideal amount depends on a wide range of variables. It also depends on the product.

Determining the right amount of CBD will be unique from person to person and everybody processes CBD differently based on key factors like age, weight, and diet. The “right” amount of CBD can vary based on the need you are trying to address and whether your need is mild or severe.
For first timers, we recommend starting with a smaller amount split between up to 3 times a day, and stick with it for about 2-3 days - increasing incrementally each day until you find your sweet spot. Using CBD daily is the best way to see results.
CBD is not known to have any negative side effects. If your intention is to remain alert, large amounts of CBD may work against that and we suggest alternative formulas like CBG and/or lower amounts of CBD.
CBD oil is non-intoxicating and will not make you feel stoned or high.
No. CBD is not considered a pharmaceutical drug. You will not be required to produce a medical marijuana card in order to purchase our CBD online. However, some states have laws allowing doctors to recommend CBD to patients for particular conditions.
If you are taking prescription medications, consult with a qualified medical professional.
There have been thousands of scientific and medical studies carried out specifically on CBD. Over the years, hundreds of CBD-related studies have been conducted in dozens of countries and institutions.
Make sure the company you’re buying from is reputable and that the product was made from industrial hemp with less than 0.3% THC content. Transportation of marijuana across state lines (from legal to non-legal states) is against the law, transporting hemp and hemp-based products is safe. Millions of consumers across the US (and the globe) are using CBD products every day to effectively address conditions affecting wellness. Don’t judge brands by labels or marketing.

Our custom formulas are a proprietary blend that includes 80+ naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes for a full profile of our proprietary hemp extract. Our Full Plant extract formulas are similar to "broad spectrum" however most broad spectrum formulas are reconstructed isolates, without the benefit of the "entourage" effect. Our formula utilizes all the cannabinoids extracted in their natural ratios, with just the THC removed (0.0% D9 THC). Our full spectrum formulas offer the same superior extraction, with a regulated trace amount of Delta 9 THC - the full spectrum of cannabinoids, non-psychoactive, well within the legal limit. (<.3% D9 THC). Some clients prefer that trace, non-psychoactive amount D9 for specific challenges.
All of our products start off with the high potency hemp grown under the supervision of each state's Department of Agriculture or State's administrator of hemp program.
No. They will not get you high. CBD is non-psychoactive and all our products contain either zero THC, or trace levels that are non-psychoactive.
It depends on the testing method/standard of the lab administering your drug test. Most companies only search for the cannabinoid THC. While many of our formulas are THC free, there are some testing facilities that check for a spectrum of cannabinoids and could trigger a positive drug test. By law, you may ask the facility what cannabinoids they test for. If you are uncomfortable, you can call and ask anonymously. We suggest contacting your employer or the testing facility if there is any concern.

Isolated CBD typically does not have an expiration date. However, CBD oil products can degrade and should be used within a certain period of time. They should be stored in airtight containers either in the refrigerator or in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Ingestibles are around 18 months and topicals around 2 years.
